Once the car comes out, if you see any dealer selling the car over MSRP, make note of it and contact NISSAN USA or NISSAN CANADA.The only way a dealer can sell it over MSRP is to represent it as a "USED" car. Because used cars can be sold for any amount and a MSRP does not exist. What the dealer will do is register the title to the "actual dealer" or the "dealer principal(owner of dealer)" then sell it as a used car. What happens here is...if you buy it...you will actually be the "2nd" owner on the car and the "in-service date" (factory warranty) would have started with the 1st registration. So...if you succumb to the want it now syndrome and do pay more, you may have lost a few months of warranty, depending on when you buy the car.
